Challenge

Grass Roots main focus was to see who had been visiting the company's  web sites, what pages they looked at and where they came from; e.g. News-letter, Google search, etc. From this information Grass Roots actively profile and prospect these companies in relation to their interests.

Solution

ProspectFinder is used daily by the UK Research & Development team, not only to see new visitors to Grass Roots web sites but also to confirm that contacts have clicked through on emails that have been sent out by Grass Roots.

Grass Roots are now in the process of analyzing the key search words and phrases, with a view to using this data to optimize Grass Roots web sites further.

Weekly reports are also created and distributed to all Grass Roots World-Wide offices, showing activities by visitors, from each of the countries/regions.
