Freudenberg IT is the internationally active IT service provider for small and medium-sized companies throughout the world, specializing in hosting, infrastructure services and consulting for SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). FIT holds a sales share of more than two thirds in the independent market.

Client challenge

The acquisition of new clients proved to be a very demanding subject for Freudenberg IT. The awareness of collecting data through the website was nothing new. Web analytic tool have already been in use. However the greater use of business information also in sales was not in place, yet. 

Solution

Freudenberg IT implemented PropectFinder on their major websites. ProspectFinder information did a great deal to support proactive acquisitions due to the good data which next to data about the interests of a visitor also include phone number and address.

Results

During the last 6 month Freudenberg IT was able to generate ten new opportunities through ProspectFinder, each worth 50.000 – 80.000 €. Because of the good results Freudenberg IT achieved with ProspectFinder, they now shifting the data to an external call center in order to handle the amount of qualified leads.
