Visitor information is automatically added into Visma CRM once per day. If the company doesn't already exist, it gets added with basic data, organization number and D-U-N-S®.
If the company already exists, a single visit is added. A match is made using D-U-N-S®, organization number and customer name in prioritized order. Existing companies can also be updated with new information from ProspectFinder.

  • The visit contains information about which page the visitor came from, and if the visitor came from a search engine, and in that case, which search words they used.
  • Visiting the search engine and viewing the actual search result is easy.
  • Each visit contains information about each page that’s been viewed. This is accumulated so that you’re able to see the total amount of page viewings per visit, spent time on each page and the total spent time for the whole visit.
  • Each page also has a page value. The page value is a measurement of how important and relevant the page is. This is then added to a total value, showing if a visit is relevant or not.
  • There’s a function to flag the visit as ”treated” so that you’re able to do selections based on this criteria among other things.
  • By using parameter steering, you can decide which standard values new companies should have, for example setting properties such as customer-group and customer-type. You can also define your own customer groups.
  • If don’t want to update the customer data automatically, this can be done manually by using the option to update basic data.
  • The total amount of visits, page views, time spent, last visit and total page value is accumulated on each visit.
  • SIC-codes and D-U-N-S® gets added or updated automatically on existing visits.
  • By using parameter steering, you can specify if company addresses should be put into address field 1 or 2 in Visma CRM.
  • Additionally there’s a function for accumulating the total amount of visits that has been registered and updated by ProspectFinder.

  • Visma CRM 7.10
  • SDK Runtime and Designstudio DataExtension.
  • A ProspectFinder account with Webservices activated.
  • Internet access on the server.
  • The installation is made on the server. The program is installed as a Windows service, started automatically. Parameters are set on company information.
